FILTHY GORGEOUS BURLESQUE is the creation of Jen Gapay of Thirsty Girl Productions, who is the producer of The New York Burlesque Festival
THE WORLD FAMOUS *BOB* - Known for her over the top blonde bombshell image *BOB* has captivated audiences all over the world with her unique Burlesque stylings, humorous performance art, and MC skills. Famous for mixing martinis in her cleavage *BOB* combines her unique sex appeal with a strong sense of humor to bring you the best in burlesque.
JO BOOBS - Jo is the Founder and Headmistress of the New York School of Burlesque. She has been awarded the title of "Best Teacher" in Arts and Entertainment in the Village Voice, and Best Burlesque Teacher and Mentor at the New York Burlesque Festival.
MELODY SWEETS - This sultry siren is one of the most sought after singers today bringing her arsenal of original songs and signature burlesque acts around the world. Melody has a ‘chameleon’ like ability to transform herself from a porcelain doll to cutie sex kitten in an instant… from a 1920’s chanteuse to Rock Goddess and everything in between, and all in a blink of an eye!
HARVEST MOON - She started the San Francisco neo burlesque scene in 1995 with the advent of The Cantankerous Lollies. Trained at the SF circus school for 6 years. Performed with the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus in 2003, and with members of Cirque Du Soleil in the Love show that same year.
THE SCHLEP SISTERS - Minnie Tonka and Darlinda Just Darlinda are long lost sisters that found each other while tracing the roots of Yiddish Theater and Vaudeville. Inspired by the Barry Sisters and Rock n' Roll these ladies can cut a rug!
THE MAINE ATTRACTION - Labeled the Nubian Lucille Ball with a Josephine Baker twist, Maine's Fusion forges a link between live instrumentation, DJ's, multimedia, Spoken Word and the Art of Dance. Her free spirit empowers her movement to organically tell the story inside the music and reveal truths beyond the power of language.
